The 2026 winners have been announced!

This year’s Women in Housing Awards took place alongside the Housing Heroes Awards as the opening ceremony at Housing 2026.

We celebrated the leaders, innovators and changemakers across the sector, championing the successes of women and sharing learning from teams and individuals within the housing sector. Both awards recognised achievements at all levels, from apprentice to tenant to chief executive.

There really was no better way to reward those teams and individuals than to showcase their contribution at Housing 2026, Europe’s largest housing festival.

The Women in Housing Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of outstanding women working in housing.

Now in their seventh year, the awards highlight the amazing work and achievements of the many women who make a major contribution.

Building on existing success, in 2018 the Women in Housing Awards were acquired by Inside Housing and they are being run in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Our awards recognise great individuals and high-performing teams and this year we’ve introduced a new Woman of the Year category to recognise a truly inspirational ambassador for women in housing.
