We are delighted to announce the finalists for this year’s Women in Housing awards and would like to extend a huge congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted.

We’re celebrating the leaders, innovators and changemakers across the sector, championing the successes of women and shining a light on the incredible work carried out by teams and individuals in the past 12 months.

These awards will recognise achievements at all levels, from apprentice to tenant to chief executive and will take place side-by-side as the opening ceremony to Housing 2025; Europe's largest housing festival.

The Women in Housing Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of outstanding women working in housing.

Now in their seventh year, the awards highlight the amazing work and achievements of the many women who make a major contribution.

Building on existing success, in 2018 the Women in Housing Awards were acquired by Inside Housing and they are being run in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Our awards recognise great individuals and high-performing teams and this year we’ve introduced a new Woman of the Year category to recognise a truly inspirational ambassador for women in housing.
