Our 2025 awards seek to recognise achievements at all levels, and we are delighted to welcome nominations from all organisations working within the housing sector.
Eligibility: The awards will be judged primarily on the achievements of the last 12 months but evidence of long-term success will be considered alongside this.
Entries are now closed and the shortlist will be in announced in April 2025.
This award is designed to showcase organisations that are running successful programmes that help to support and develop the careers of women in the housing sector. Given the ongoing disparities in pay and senior representation in the sector we will be looking for organisations that have clear strategies in place to retain and grow the careers of women in their workforce.
Board members, committee members and non-execs play a crucial role in driving an organisation forward. We’re looking for someone who has really embodied that role to have a big impact over the last 12 months. Whatever their role this person has they will have demonstrated outstanding effort and performance. They will be passionate about the work the organisation they represent does and they will have made a very real difference.
We’re looking for a professional who has gone the extra mile to promote inclusion. They could have taken the lead on EDI in their organisation, for example supporting LGBTQ+ or Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic people in their communities, tackling accessibility or gender inequality. Whatever their role, they will be able to demonstrate concerted effort to put inclusion at the heart of their work and be able to show clear results.

This award seeks to recognize the individuals who are shaking things up in the housing sector. From innovative use of technology, to game-changing ways of improving services for tenants, or ways to gain new performance insight, we want to identify the person with the best ideas in housing and a track-record of implementation.
This award recognises someone who has delivered an outstanding contribution in the housing sector over the last 12 months. Professionalism will be at the heart of their activity and they will live and breathe housing. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated they are absolutely committed to the sector and who has played a crucial role in driving performance and the housing agenda forward. It is open to professionals operating in a wide range of roles within organisations as well as consultants who have made a crucial contribution to support housing providers. Entrants could work in construction, finance, engineering, architecture, project management, planning, marketing, the front line or any other role that makes an important contribution to the success of a housing organisation.

This award is designed to showcase outstanding contributions made by women who are set to be the housing leaders of tomorrow. It is open to individuals who are at early stages of their housing careers but who have made exceptional contributions to the teams and communities that they work with. We want to provide a platform for that work and recognise exceptional effort and achievement over the last 12 months.
This award will recognise someone who has been an inspiration to others over the last 12 months. They will be an outstanding ambassador for women in housing and excel in whatever they do. They could be a housing professional, a tenant or anyone else who has had a hugely positive impact. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated real leadership, a personal commitment to supporting other women in their personal and professional development and a willingness to speak truth to power.

In a difficult few years, this award aims to pick up on the employer that has provided an environment in which individuals and teams can succeed and thrive. We’re looking for an organisation invests in staff training and development, that represents the communities it works with and can demonstrate a clear culture of inclusion and innovation. Basically, we’re looking for the best, most inclusive place to work in the housing sector.
