“Supporting those across the sector to tackle homelessness”
Bridge Housing Solutions collaborates with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Charities across the UK to secure permanent and affordable social housing for homeless families. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, we strive to empower individuals and communities by providing stable, dignified living solutions tailored to their needs. Together, we work tirelessly to bridge the gap between homelessness and hope, building a brighter future for all.
Founded by former Housing Officers, we currently work in partnership with 60+ Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Charities.
In the last two years alone, we’ve housed over 1,000 families in empty social housing properties who have been declared homeless. Our business model provides a hassle-free way for people to take ownership of their own housing requirements. We help to reduce the burden on local authorities by effectively placing people in vacant accommodation, making enormous savings to the public purse.
Together, let’s build bridges to better futures and ensure that everyone has a place to call home.
At Sharpe Pritchard, one of the UK’s leading law firms, we have decades of experience supporting affordable housing providers throughout England and Wales. In July 2024, we were appointed to the legal framework for Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC). A further step in strengthening our support to the sector. Other frameworks we are on within the housing sector include:
Come and talk to our experienced team to find out how we can assist with construction, corporate and governance, data and IT, disposal programmes, employment, housing management, land and property acquisitions, procurement, property charging, property development, and sustainable energy solutions.
We also act for local authorities, central government bodies, commercial clients, charities and other organisations.
People are central to all we do. Each and every person we recruit delivers essential work that goes on to improve lives, enhance communities and deliver a better society. We’re incredibly motivated by the role we’re able to play in making your place a better place. So, we’ve built our interim management and executive search service around exemplary candidate experience because like you, we want everyone to gain from what we do.
Building on our passion to see greater representation in leadership – we’re committed to delivering inclusive recruitment experiences. Our aim is to strengthen the efforts of every organisation we work with to improve Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the board.
LizB&Che is a social housing specialist with a team that has decades of experience supporting vulnerable households and working alongside local authorities.
We have been commissioned to help families move from temporary accommodation into settled homes, combining operational expertise with a clear understanding of the challenges households face in securing suitable housing.
Our work focuses on improving access to both social housing and the private rented sector through practical, delivery-led solutions, including aligning household needs with Local Housing Allowance levels and available housing stock.
Taking a person-centred approach, we work closely with each household to understand individual circumstances, barriers and long-term needs, helping to secure placements that are affordable, suitable and sustainable.
Working across 15 boroughs and supporting 850 referrals into settled accommodation, we are building a structured and collaborative model for housing delivery.
